Full
Service Travel Center
This is your full service travel solution. By operating your travel
program through the our Full Service Travel Center, you can utilize
our full line of services ; from expert corporate travel consultants
to state-of-the art online services, policy compliance support,
incentive contract negotiation support, to back office accounting
and T& E management reporting. We are essentially Your
Travel Department. Rather than use large, impersonal call
centers, we assign a corporate travel team to deliver the personalized
service and attention that each traveler expects.

On-site
Travel Center
This model is similar to the Full Service Travel Center except that
the travel consultants work directly at your designated office location,
while remaining on our payroll. The extent of the on-site support
can vary based on your objectives.

Central
Processing Service
The CPS model provides your company with its own, unique GDS pseudo
and GDS terminal access . We house the printer at our location ,
manage the ticket stock, ARC data and back office accounting reports.
You can staff your own booking agents at your location or use our
staff in an on-site/off-site combination. Your travel data is segregated
and protected to ensure you receive accurate accounting of the status
of your account.

Corporate Travel Center
The sponsored CTC model provides your company with its own ARC(
sponsored by us) to allow you to control as little or as much of
your travel program as you want. This model gives you the option
of controlling your own ARC and back office reporting, vendor negotiations,
and integrating travel operations into your existing business processes.
You can have complete control of your data, technology and staff
, while still benefiting from our value-added services; 7/24 Rescue
Line Service, consulting, technology, meeting/group travel, staffing
& training, vacation travel., and GDS contract negotiation support.

Application Services
We can assist your organization with the set up and integration
of GDS applications, self-booking tools , custom travel portals
and travel expense management tools. As needed, we can assist your
staff with the analysis, design and implementation of work flow
applications. We draw on our own expertise and that of our business
partners, Global Strategic Solutions
and MetroStar
Systems,inc., to design an implementation team specifically
