MAXRes
is a set of online self -booking tools which allow
travelers to submit a Travel Authorization (TA), a Reservation
Request, or book their own , policy-compliant , travel reservations
including air, car and hotel. TA requests and approvals are
tracked and routed to designated personnel in your company.
Using MAXRes, Travelers
and travel coordinators can make or change reservations 24-hours-a-day,
seven-days-a-week. This application allows travelers to select
their own seats , view and book Internet-only fares from a
variety of travel web sites, and store past trips for easy
rebooking . As needed, MAXRes
can be easily customized and integrated into a client’s
intranet system. |

MAXWeb
is an Internet search tool which allows our travel
consultants to search over 34 web sites , including travel
consolidators, compare low fare options to those available
through the GDS, and book as necessary. The booking information
is captured for customer service and reporting purposes. |

MAXAlert
allows our travel consultants to notify travelers ,via
e-mail , as to the refund, exchange or reissue deadlines of
unused tickets. Allowing our corporate clients an opportunity
to save money. It also sends an e-mail message , 72 hours
prior to departure, to travelers who have a booked reservation
or have a pending reservation with a ticketing deadline. |

MAXInfo
is a management reporting tool which allows clients to track
and access travel related data ( pre-trip, fare savings, vendor,
city pair, financial) on their account. Customized reports
to track contract compliance and self-booking policy compliance
data can be made available. |

MAXTrip
allows our travel consultants to check automatically an online
booking for PNR integrity prior to ticketing. The tool also
searches for lowest fares, verifies and fulfills client’s
preferences, monitors wait lists/upgrades, and is used to
notify travelers as to itinerary changes via e-mail or fax. |

MaxEvent
- Meeting & Group event management, registration and self-booking
application services. This tool provides all the event and
travel management functionality you need to run a successful
meeting or group event . Including a tool to e-market the
event to your target audience. |

VacationPORT allows
your staff to search for the latest vacation packages and
submit a vacation reservation request to our vacation travel
specialists. Featured vacation offers are updated daily
to bring your staff the best specials from our trusted travel
suppliers. This facility can be used to promote company-unique
vacation packages to your staff.
